At CROCOJAR, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is available

Products must be returned in the same condition as received to be eligible for return or refund.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective
  • Incorrect or incomplete

Please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order details, reason for return, and required images
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. The product will be picked up or return instructions will be shared

Once received, the product will be inspected before processing the refund or replacement.

5. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 7–15 business days, depending on your payment provider

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • Replacement will be provided subject to product availability

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once cancelled, refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours 

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items must be returned in original condition; otherwise, returns may not be accepted.

9. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • For defective or incorrect products: No return shipping charges
  • For other returns (if applicable): Shipping costs may be borne by the customer

Return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
